New Function Improvements For Robot Arms Model Vacuum Forming Machine
When making different products, such as lunch boxes, bowls, and plates, the height of the product is different, and the height of the forming, punching, and stacking parts is also different accordingly. The up and down stroke needs to be adjusted every time the mold is changed. In the next step, we will improve all PS foam food container vacuum forming machines:
1. In the forming part, the up and down strokes will use igital ruler.
2. For the cutting and robot arms sucking parts, the up and down strokes will use digital electronic ruler, and the accuracy is below 0.1mm.
3. The PLC has a memory function, which can store formulas for the descending height of each product. The standard PLC can store 10 sets of formulas.If customer has special requirements can be put forward in advance, we will special design program for customer.
4. In this way, the PLC memory function can store both temperature data and distance data, saving staff time for mold changing and debugging, and improving cost and efficiency.
Meanwhile, our PLC has always reserved a data line jack, as long as it is connected to the Internet, it can be remote. If the customer permits, it can be connected to the network to restore the factory settings or update the upgrade program for the customer.
